Connect With Us Through Your Insurance Company

Upon receiving your claim from your Insurance Carrier, your new Homelink Claims Consultant will call you directly to learn more about your temporary housing needs. We will also provide you with a login to our Policyholder Portal, YourHomelink™ where you will be able to track your Claim progress. Your temporary housing search will begin.

We Help You Find A Temporary Home

Your Homelink Claims Consultant will present you with the available housing options that have been approved by your Insurance Carrier. You can also review and accept these options through our Policyholder Portal, YourHomelink™."

We Help Coordinate Your Move

Once you’ve selected your preferred property, we will work with you, your Insurance Adjuster, and the Landlord to facilitate all reservation details for your temporary housing stay. This will include lease paperwork, initial payment, and delivery of any necessary furniture housewares and appliances to ensure your temporary accommodations are ready for move-in, at no out-of-pocket cost to you.

Getting You Back Home
