Coast-to-Coast and 24-7, Homelink’s relocation experts work fast to find emergency, short-term, or long-term relocation accommodations without compromising comfort or quality. Homelink has the expertise and resources to accommodate all types of housing requests.

We coordinate directly with Insurance Providers and Policyholders to understand the unique needs of each claim, working quickly to find suitable options for Insurance Carrier approval. We’ll then share all available, approved options with the Policyholder for them to determine their preferred selection.

When an unexpected event happens to your home, finding somewhere to stay temporarily is a critical next step - but one that can often feel overwhelming. We understand and, that’s why Homelink is here.

Faster Placements, Better Rates

Homelink partners with hotels across the country and with our large volume of business nationwide, we are able to secure better pricing and discounts on available rooms creating cost savings we pass onto our Insurance Carriers.

Adjuster Approved Accommodations

We’ll connect with the Policyholder within 15 minutes or less of receiving the claim., We get to work quickly sourcing suitable options which are submitted for approval by the Insurance Adjuster within 30 minutes or less. All approved options will be shared with the Policyholder to select their preferred property, ensuring a quick and easy placement. This provides an immediate solution while we search for longer-term accommodations as required. 

Saving You Time and Money

From hotel check-in to check-out, our team will handle all check-in procedures, provide payment to the hotel directly for room and tax charges, and set up direct billing with your Insurance carrier to reduce out-of-pocket costs to the Policyholder. This saves time and money for the Insurance Adjuster and Policyholder, reducing unnecessary additional stress in urgent situations.

Temporary Relocation:

1 Month or More

Once a hotel booking is in place, Homelink will provide options for like-kind housing within the first 48 hours of our initial call with the Policyholder. Our aim is for a successful hassle-free relocation within days of our initial call. From single-family homes to furnished apartments, our temporary housing experts will find available property options that match your needs and approved budget.

Once an approved property is selected by the Policyholder, Homelink will help throughout the relocation process, including:

Setting up pre-screen viewings of potential options 

Negotiating rental agreements or extensions 

Coordination of rental furniture, housewares, and appliances 

We have a nationwide network of vendors to help us meet the specific and unique needs of the Policyholder at competitive rates. From first notice of loss until the Policyholder can return home, Homelink is here to help. That includes a streamlined invoicing process, with easy-to-read and understand invoices, and direct billing of housing costs to the Insurance Carrier, all available in Yourlink™our Adjuster claims management portal.

At Homelink, we help in ways that go beyond housing. We’ve helped Policyholders find new office spaces, boarding facilities for pets, travel trailers, and more. We say we’re here to help, and that means helping in any way we can. Some of our additional services include:

Commercial Relocation

From warehouse space to office suites, to dental offices, we can help find the right accommodations for your business relocation fast so you can get back to business as soon as possible with minimal disruptions or potential lost revenue. 


Pet Facilities

We will work with you to make sure pets are taken care of as part of the family. If a pet-friendly housing solution isn’t available, we’ll find quality boarding facilities nearby for Insurance approval, cover the upfront costs on your behalf and coordinate direct billing with the Insurance Carrier.


Housing Services

From sourcing suitable options to move-out, Homelink will take care of the logistics of relocation for both the Insurance Adjuster and Policyholder. That means negotiating competitive rates, coordinating direct billing, managing upfront payments, sourcing furniture rentals, and all the important “little” details in between. 

Receipt Reconciliation

Policyholder or Adjusters can provide us with receipts pertaining ALE cost. We can organize and categorize and provide this data back to the Insurance Carrier. These expenses can also be tracked on the claim with our ALE calculator to ensure limits are not exceeded.

Utility Payments and Reimbursement

If utility costs are required on a claim, Homelink can help track utility payments and set up utility payment or reimbursements for the Policyholder based on the Insurance Carrier approvals. 


Pack Outs

We can assist with packaging, moving, and storing personal items or valuables while repairs are occurring at the loss address if these items cannot remain onsite, or if they need to be relocated to the temporary address.

Catastrophe Response

When catastrophe strikes, Homelink is there to help - fast. We know how critical it is to act quickly during catastrophes and natural disasters so our immediate first response team is on-site within 24 hours to help Adjusters and their Policyholders with our unmatched Homelink care and compassion.

Our proactive approach helps get Adjusters where they need to be when a disaster occurs. Monitoring national weather activity and using predictive analytic tools allows us to proactively reserve accommodations for you in advance of a catastrophic event. We act as a single, central point of contact quickly opening doors to secure living and working arrangements for displaced Policyholders and on-the-ground Insurance Adjusters.
