At Homelink, we help in ways that go beyond housing. We’ve helped Policyholders find new office spaces, boarding facilities for pets, travel trailers, and more. We say we’re here to help, and that means helping in any way we can. Some of our additional services include:
Commercial Relocation
From warehouse space to office suites, to dental offices, we can help find the right accommodations for your business relocation fast so you can get back to business as soon as possible with minimal disruptions or potential lost revenue.
Pet Facilities
We will work with you to make sure pets are taken care of as part of the family. If a pet-friendly housing solution isn’t available, we’ll find quality boarding facilities nearby for Insurance approval, cover the upfront costs on your behalf and coordinate direct billing with the Insurance Carrier.
Housing Services
From sourcing suitable options to move-out, Homelink will take care of the logistics of relocation for both the Insurance Adjuster and Policyholder. That means negotiating competitive rates, coordinating direct billing, managing upfront payments, sourcing furniture rentals, and all the important “little” details in between.
Receipt Reconciliation
Policyholder or Adjusters can provide us with receipts pertaining ALE cost. We can organize and categorize and provide this data back to the Insurance Carrier. These expenses can also be tracked on the claim with our ALE calculator to ensure limits are not exceeded.
Utility Payments and Reimbursement
If utility costs are required on a claim, Homelink can help track utility payments and set up utility payment or reimbursements for the Policyholder based on the Insurance Carrier approvals.
Pack Outs
We can assist with packaging, moving, and storing personal items or valuables while repairs are occurring at the loss address if these items cannot remain onsite, or if they need to be relocated to the temporary address.
